MyselfMap Money Back Policy

If the guarantee was included in your offer, it covers the initial payment you made for the paid trial: €5.00, €9.00, €13.00 or €17.00, depending on your selection. If you qualify, we refund that payment in full.

The guarantee does not cover the $59.99 monthly renewal charges, separately purchased add-ons or other products unless their offer expressly includes them.

You qualify for a refund under this guarantee if you purchased directly through myselfmap.com, the guarantee was expressly included in your checkout offer, and you email hello@myselfmap.com within the applicable deadline.

You must have followed your MyselfMap plan for at least 7 consecutive days during your access period and completed the lessons or activities assigned for those seven days.

You must provide reasonable evidence of participation, tell us that you are dissatisfied with the plan, and not have previously received a refund under this additional guarantee.

Email screenshots or a short screen recording showing the completion dates or progress for the seven consecutive days. Where reliable completion records are available in your account, you may ask us to check those records instead.

Include the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your order reference. Do not send payment-card details, medical documents, private journal entries or the contents of AI conversations.

Send your request to hello@myselfmap.com with the subject “Money-Back Guarantee request”. We will review your claim and provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If approved under this guarantee, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of approval, or sooner where the law requires. We refund the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without a reimbursement fee.

The paid trial automatically renews at $59.99 per calendar month unless you cancel before the trial ends. To stop future charges, email hello@myselfmap.com or use account cancellation settings where available.

We will treat a Money-Back Guarantee claim as a request to cancel future renewals unless you expressly ask to keep the subscription.

The guarantee is not available where it was not offered with your purchase, the request is late, the participation conditions are not met, or you have already used this guarantee, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Outside this guarantee, we do not promise a refund solely because you forgot to cancel, expected renewal to stop automatically, bought by mistake or no longer wish to use the Service.

Where applicable EU, EEA or UK consumer rules apply, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.

You also retain all applicable remedies for missing, faulty or misdescribed digital content or services and for other unlawful charges.
