Information you provide may include your email address, name if requested, age or age range, gender, country, account details, quiz responses, selected goals, written reflections, messages to AI helpers, feedback and support correspondence.

Quiz responses and personalized results may concern childhood experiences, emotions, stress, relationships, attention and wellbeing. Although MyselfMap does not diagnose conditions, this information may reveal or allow inferences about mental or physical health.

We also process subscription status, chosen plan, order and payment references, amounts, currency, payment status and refund records. Stripe collects payment details through its payment interface.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, language, time zone, login attempts, timestamps and error logs.

We process account details, access status and transactional emails to create and operate your account, deliver purchases and manage subscriptions.

We process quiz answers, personal goals, reports and AI inputs to provide the personalized features you choose, relying on consent and, where information reveals special-category data, explicit consent.

We process payment and order records to collect payments, renew subscriptions, issue refunds and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

We process security logs, support correspondence, optional analytics, advertising measurement, promotional emails, consent records and legal-claim records under the legal bases described in the full policy.

Where we rely on your consent, we explain the relevant processing before you choose. You can withdraw consent by contacting hello@myselfmap.com and through any applicable account controls.

You can choose not to provide sensitive answers. Without the information needed for personalization, the relevant quiz, report or AI feature may not be available.

We use OpenAI to support AI-powered features. For an AI request, the selected input and relevant context are processed to produce a response or personalized material.

Personalization may automatically group responses into patterns, select educational content and generate text. This can constitute profiling. It does not establish a diagnosis.

We plan to use a cookie banner to let you accept or reject optional analytics and advertising technologies and change those choices. Strictly necessary technologies support login, security and remembering consent choices.

Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors use the Service. Meta Ads is used to promote MyselfMap. Resend delivers account and service emails.

Optional promotional emails will be sent under a separate marketing opt-in. You can unsubscribe from marketing through the email link or by contacting us.

We use Stripe for payments and subscription billing, Supabase for database and related hosting services, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Meta for advertising where enabled, and OpenAI for AI-powered features.

Providers may act as processors on our instructions or as independent or joint controllers for particular activities, depending on the service and their legal responsibilities.

Some providers or their subprocessors may process information outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, we use an applicable lawful mechanism.

We delete or irreversibly anonymize information when no longer needed. Restricted retention for a specific legal obligation or dispute is limited to the necessary records.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you supplied.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent as described above.

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature and risks of the information processed. No online service can guarantee complete security.

MyselfMap is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally offer the Service to children or seek their personal data.
