MyselfMap Subscription Terms

MyselfMap is operated by Senis group, MB, company code 305712809, VAT number LT100014797017, at Gilužio g. 6-3, LT-06279 Vilnius, Lithuania.

These terms supplement our Terms of Service and the offer accepted at checkout. The specific subscription terms accepted for your purchase apply to that subscription, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Your subscription includes the content and features described in your offer. These may include self-reflection quizzes, personalized plans, articles, exercises, downloadable resources and AI-assisted tools.

The Service is educational and intended for self-reflection. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy or medical treatment.

At checkout, you choose one of four one-time trial fees: €5.00 for 1 day, €9.00 for 2 days, €13.00 for 3 days or €17.00 for 4 days. The selected amount is charged immediately for the selected trial access period.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at $59.99 per calendar month. Monthly billing follows the calendar-month schedule shown in your account and purchase confirmation.

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Before payment, checkout will display your chosen trial fee, trial duration, the monthly renewal, the first renewal date and cancellation conditions.

Your trial begins when your purchase is successfully confirmed and access is activated. Content is delivered through the MyselfMap member platform and, where included, by email, downloadable files or links.

By purchasing the recurring subscription after the payment terms have been clearly presented, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected trial fee and then the disclosed monthly charges until cancellation.

If a charge fails, we may notify you, retry a valid authorized amount, suspend unpaid access or end the subscription. A failed charge does not reliably cancel a subscription.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by emailing hello@myselfmap.com. Include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, your order reference.

To prevent the first $59.99 charge, cancel before your paid trial ends. To prevent a later charge, cancel before the next monthly renewal date and time shown in your account or confirmation.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid trial or monthly period and then expires. Cancellation alone does not reverse a payment already lawfully charged.

Except where required by law, offered under a specific guarantee or approved after review, fees are not refunded solely because you cancel, do not use the Service or leave part of a paid period unused.

You may request a discretionary review of your initial trial payment if you are dissatisfied with the Service and contact us within the applicable deadline with enough information to identify the purchase and assess the issue.

This additional review covers the initial trial payment only. It does not promise refunds of monthly renewals, including renewals after forgetting to cancel.

Where EU or EEA withdrawal rules apply, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of your subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.

For non-physical digital content, withdrawal rights may be lost after supply begins only if all legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss and the required contract confirmation.

You retain remedies for missing, faulty or misdescribed digital content or services, including correction, a price reduction or termination and a refund where the legal conditions are met.

We will give at least 30 days' advance notice of a proposed monthly price increase, or longer if legally required. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in advance on a durable medium.

Please contact hello@myselfmap.com about a billing concern so we can investigate. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may apply to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
