MyselfMap Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MyselfMap and purchases made through the Service. Your agreement is with Senis group, MB, company code 305712809, VAT number LT100014797017, at Gilužio g. 6-3, LT-06279 Vilnius, Lithuania.

The Service includes our website at myselfmap.com, member platform, digital content, programs, tools and related digital services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Any plan-specific subscription terms or additional product conditions expressly presented before purchase form part of your contract. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our data practices.

MyselfMap provides access to digital wellness content, personalized programs, educational materials, member-only content, subscription-based features, AI-powered tools where available, and related digital services.

Depending on your purchase, this may include self-reflection quizzes, summaries of your responses, personal development plans, articles, workbooks, exercises and AI-assisted conversations.

MyselfMap is an educational and self-reflection service. It does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a healthcare professional and patient relationship.

Quiz results, scores, profiles and personalized plans are not clinical assessments. Do not use the Service to diagnose yourself, change prescribed treatment or delay seeking professional care.

Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep your contact details current. Keep passwords and personal access links secure and do not share or sell your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes for the agreed access period.

You must not resell, publish, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, circumvent access controls, scrape protected content, introduce malicious software, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

We or our licensors own the rights in the MyselfMap brand, software, designs and original materials. Purchasing access does not transfer those rights to you.

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit, including your own written reflections. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to host, process and display that material to provide the requested Service.

Before you place an order, we display the included features, currency, total price including applicable taxes, access period and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.

By selecting and purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the recurring payments clearly disclosed at checkout until cancellation. Optional add-ons and upsells require your express agreement.

You may cancel automatic renewal through subscription settings where provided, or by emailing hello@myselfmap.com. Include the email address used for your purchase so we can identify the subscription.

Cancel before the renewal date and time shown in your account or purchase confirmation to prevent the next charge. There is no additional 24-hour cancellation cut-off.

If EU or EEA consumer withdrawal rules apply, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of your contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins only if the legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided.

Your rights where digital content or services are not supplied, are faulty or do not match the contract remain unaffected.

Where offered, AI tools generate automated responses based on your input and the system's design. An AI helper is not a person, licensed therapist or healthcare professional.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including quiz responses and AI interactions. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.

We may make changes reasonably needed to maintain security, comply with law, fix faults, improve compatibility or develop the Service.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, a security threat, unlawful activity or non-payment.

Please send complaints to hello@myselfmap.com. Lithuanian law governs these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that otherwise apply.
